Life is beautiful, and to be honest, it can also be really hard and messy. Unexpected obstacles can show up and interrupt your path, bringing a great amount of distress to various areas within your life. These areas may include impairment to self-esteem, relationships, parenting, adult and/or career transitions, and more. Whatever they may be, you do not have to face these challenges all on your own. There is no shame nor judgment in seeking support, only growth and courage. As a therapist I am honored to witness your vulnerability, provide an encouraging, safe, warm, and respectful environment to establish your trust so that you find comfort in sharing your most personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My stance is to explore the interplay of relationships, environments, and emotional wellbeing. Through a collaborative effort we will establish realistic goals that align with your hopes and values to authentically live the life that you desire for yourself. Within our work, my intention is not to lead, but to walk beside you through your process to discover joys and to heal.

I received my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, and I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah with a minor in Modern Dance. My therapeutic interests include working with individual, teens, children, couples, families; anxiety, depression, marital and couple relationships, self-worth, grief/loss.
