Ann Marie Lowder, CSW

I am a dedicated therapist with a heart for making a positive impact in the lives of children, teens, and adult women. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work in 2022, and since then I've been focused on providing compassionate support to those facing diverse challenges. I am committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community and working on gender issues. Additionally, I specialize in assisting clients through faith transitions, divorce, depression, and anxiety. My experience extends to helping those in recovery, with a particular interest in Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I have worked as a crisis worker, offering vital assistance to individuals in need, including the homeless community. In educational settings, I've served as a social worker in elementary and junior high schools, advocating for the well-being of our youth.

My therapeutic skills include, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and ADHD management. I’m working towards my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential. I deeply care about my clients and try hard to create a safe place for them.

Outside of my professional life, you'll find me running or hiking, seeking adventure in last-minute vacations, and enjoying the captivating world of K-dramas.
